We are an association of experienced referees who support high school soccer throughout the Twin Cities metropolitan area.
We provide advocacy, training and mentoring for our members and soccer officiating services for Twin Cities high school conferences.
The association is a registered 501(c)3 non-profit organization.
There's nothing that beats a crisp fall evening with fans in the stands cheering their teams to victory. Cool, clear evenings make up for all those cold, rainy days on the field.
We love soccer and strive as individuals and an organization to provide the best officiating experiences possible for our high school athletes.
The Twin Cities Soccer Referee Organization was formed by a group of long-time referees who recognized the need for an association to advocate for and support high school soccer referees.
The association model used in most other sports gives officials a voice in determining match fees and working conditions. Soccer officials deserve to have a similar voice.
The initial TCSRO steering committee comprises Conor Tobin, Ken Lamb, Kip Jackson and Jim Engelking.
