We are asking our members to report any serious incidents involving coaches, athletes, spectators or others at soccer games.
MSHSL Report Forms
The MSHSL Ejection Report (red cards) and the MSHSL Contest Report cautions, injuries, facilities, praise, sportsmanship, etc.) can both be found on the MSHSL Central Hub on Arbiter. Members should be sure to complete the required reports with the Minnesota State High School League.
