Why Should you join TCSRO

TCSRO may have been the first group to advocate for soccer referee pay rates in Minnesota high school soccer (or at least in a couple decades). We helped bring referee compensation closer to other sports. TCSRO, with the support and help of its members, will continue to ensure that soccer referees are not forgotten or taken advantage of. Help make sure you are paid what you deserve. 

TCSRO has led the way on high school soccer referee education in Minnesota. We offer training with experienced referees, present an annual pre-season clinic, and present summer clinic sessions. In addition, TCSRO provides educational videos. TCSRO will look to assist officials with mentoring opportunities and provide feedback for officials when they encounter unusual situations.

Officials associations in other high school sports provide feedback and input for state tournament official selection.  It makes sense that soccer officials should have the same opportunity to be recognized for their work on the field.

TCSRO serves as your advocate to address issues like referee abuse and escalate your concerns so you have a positive officiating experience.

Our volunteer board and non-profit status helps us keep membership cost low.   For around 40 cents a high school match you can put TCSRO to work for you.
